How long is your delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 2-4 working days within the Nordic region and Europe.
All orders are shipped from Sweden with trackable shipping.
You will always receive a tracking number as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

Do the bracelets work over long distances?
Yes. The bracelets are connected via the TOTWOO app and work regardless of distance , as long as both are connected to the internet.
How do returns and cancellation rights work?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal , calculated from the day you received your order.
The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
