Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in SEK or NOK, depending on the delivery country, and include applicable VAT in accordance with current legislation.

Totwoo Nordic reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and offers without prior notice. In the event of obvious technical or administrative errors, Totwoo Nordic reserves the right to correct the price retroactively.
Delivery
Totwoo Nordic delivers to Sweden, Norway, and selected European countries.
Estimated delivery times:

International delivery: 7–15 business days
Products are primarily shipped from our Nordic warehouse. In case of temporary stock shortages, orders may be shipped from an international warehouse to ensure availability.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, transport delays, or weather conditions.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
