Return Conditions

30-Day Return Policy & Easy Returns

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase from Totwoo Nordic. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your package.

Free Returns for Exchanges or Faulty Items

If your product is defective or if we have sent the wrong item, we will of course cover all costs and provide a full refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging in order to be approved for a return.


Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in case of a change of mind.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
