We are responsible for sales, delivery, customer support and warranty within the region,

Is there a warranty?
All smart bracelets are covered by an official manufacturer's warranty . In the event of technical problems, our customer service will help you further.
Do the bracelets work over long distances?
Yes. The bracelets are connected via the TOTWOO app and work regardless of distance , as long as both are connected to the internet.
How do returns and cancellation rights work?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal , calculated from the day you received your order.
The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Is a subscription required?
No. The bracelets do not require a subscription . The app is free to use.
Are the bracelets water resistant?
The smart chip inside the bracelet has a water resistance rating of (IPX5). Therefore, it will not affect its use if the jewelry gets wet in everyday life.
The bracelets are also made of materials that do not lose their color or fade.
However, to keep the jewelry in excellent condition in the long term, we do not recommend submerging it in water.
How are the bracelets charged?
You charge the bracelets with the included Wireless Fast Charger. A full charge takes about 30 minutes and lasts up to 4-7 days depending on use.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are the touch bracelets sold in pairs?
Yes. 2 bracelets and 2 chargers are always included!
